We can either source potential targets through our database and wide network or work with any list of potential targets that you as the client have already identified.

As well as identifying potential targets we can –

  • provide a SWOT analysis for each one 
  • approach those you deem suitable keeping your name confidential
  • evaluate their willingness to sell and likely price
  • chair meetings and prepare Heads of Terms
  • support negotiations and manage the due diligence process

Using a third party such as ourselves enables you to carry on with your focus on your core business without the distraction of engaging with potential targets who ultimately are not interested.  It can add credibility and communicate that you are serious in your search.

If funding is needed we can help you raise finance for an acquisition – from secured senior bank finance through to cash flow or asset based lending and private equity.
